The phone was delivered a day earlier than expected with all accessories and a free case included. The phone was in pristine almost brand new condition with not a single scratch or mark. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new phone.

I bought a phone from this seller, a Samsung 22 Ultra, and after 2 months I encountered a problem: the camera stopped working. I took it to a repair shop and they opened it in front of me and we saw that the inside was all made of Chinese parts that weren't of the best quality. And this phone should also be waterproof, unfortunately it's not! I advise you to avoid such sellers, I don't even know how Amazon allows them to sell such bad goods.

Came in a cardboard box with some bubble wrap and protection the charger is very fast but does get a little bit hot it's a very fast phone and the cameras are very good the screen is amazing and the battery life is very long I could be using it for 2 days and it would not die it does not get scratch easily but it is very prone to fingerprints and for an ultra at such a low price it is amazing it functions fast and efficiently and it never gives me any problems and opens apps quicker than I can blink its ver simple and straightforward to use unlike iPhones so I'm happy with my choice

back and front of the phone were flawless and scratch free which is the important bit. The sides were slightly worn through the paint in places but as I have bought a case this did not matter to me.Battery health / life I guess I'll find out as times goes by.If I listen to an audio book via bluetooth and maybe check a bit of facebook or youtube (i.e screen is on) on the journey to work (maybe 30-40 minutes or so than the battery will be down to around 85%With new batteries being around £65 installed it's still a good way to buy a refurbished phone every 2 years or so

As with all S Range Samsung Galaxy phones and especially the Ultras nice build finish using premium products that much is obvious....performance-wise a nice crisp display, everything works VERY fast. Your standard 6.8 inch screen has bold, well-defined colours. Gaming and films have never looked better.What I WILL say is that I bought this as a refurb job, which I have been doing with various products from various sites in the past few years....and apart from a battery that I would say depletes marginally quicker than what a brand new phone would its great value for money. Saved myself at least £150 maybe more and it works like a charm.

Absolutely over the moon with the phone, considering its refurbished it didn't have a mark on it. Already had a screen protector on it. The S pen works beautifully. However it didn't come with a box (as expected with it being refurbished I guess) and the charger that came with it wasn't supported. So I had to buy a more powerful one. But other than the charger really, the device I'm very very pleased with.

Phone came looking brand new, carefully packaged, charger, case, plug, sim card key, etc. Couldn't have asked for anything more!
