Seems to work as it says.
This seems to work, as long as you catch a gout outbreak early.I've used this and doubled up on a tart cherry supplement when an outbreak first starts and it seems to help avoid a Dr. visit.I'll give it a 4 star because I "think" it's working as it says it does. Can't completely confirm that, but it "seems" to work as it states it does.I'll keep buying it.

That the cream was effective
I do not have photos but I can say this: it works for some pain. Twisted my ankle which left swelling. Cream was applied overnight and the next day I started having some much needed relief.Applied some to my partner’s left elbow. He suffers from gout. He said: ‘it helped me’.Not a lot comes in the bottle and you do have to apply more than one applications but in my opinion it was money well spent. I have tried other products like Voltran and that didn’t help.

Really disappointed
Was hoping for even a slight relief nothing actually made it worse a waste of money that can’t be returned really disappointed in product like I said not looking for a cure just some relief rather soak foot in ice water
