Great little tankless Water Heater! Lasts a long time!
We stayed in a small vacation home in Mississippi, that our friend owned. It had one of these tankless units installed in it and our friend said it worked great. So when we built our guest house we installed the same unit in it. It has worked perfectly for 12 years then we started noticing the screen filter on the kitchen faucet kept getting clogged with debris. About 6 months after this we noticed a slow water leak at the bottom of the water heater. It appears that one of the two cylinders in the unit had corroded and was causing the clog in the kitchen sink, then the leak. We ordered a replacement, the same model, and received it in just a couple of days. We could hear something loose, like a screw, rolling around inside the cover of the new unit so we sent it back and got a replacement. The replacement also had a small something loose inside of it, but we installed it anyway. It appears to be working fine, not sure what might be rattling around inside but it apparently isn't a problem. It was easy to remove and replace, didn't even need a plumber. The unit works great, heats water fast, isn't expensive and doesn't seem to cause high electric bills. You do have to have the faucet turned to nearly all hot in the cold months, but that is true in our home to that has a traditional tank water heater.

Some misinformation and vague instructions
My old 45 gallon water heater sprung a leak, I decided to go tankless, because of the reviews I decided on this one, the hardest part wasn't the installation of the heater it was replacing all the old plumbing and whoever said it took 30 amp double pole is wrong it takes a 60 amp double pole and the copper wire has to be switched to 6 gauge to get it to run safely, because I'm using well water there is a constant fluctuation in temperature, when I took a shower I had to keep adjust the cold water up and down but it felt good to finally take a shower, then my wife discovered turning the temperature down to medium (3 lights) it works better with hardly any cold water added so I'll start doing that but we'll have remember to turn the temperature up (5 lights) when we run the dishwasher to sanitize and the washing machine for white clothes, sometimes you have to compromise. I would recommend the Titan but beware it is a lot of work putting it in if you're replacing old plumbing and adding a sediment filter and changing the wire size. The best thing I like about an on demand is it's like the difference between a four-wheeler and a horse, when you get done with the four-wheeler you put it away and it doesn't waste any more energy until next time you ride, with a horse you put it away and you keep feeding it until the next ride, figuratively that's the difference between the two types of water heaters and the contrast in size, the on demand is much easier to get in and out of the house.

Newer model not as good as older model
Easy install and works well, but doesn't get hot as the older model I had for 10 years. Strange. The older model got real hot with the setting halfway, but this is turned all the way up and still doesn't get as hot.

I recommend it
My last one lasted 7 years and this was an easy replacement. Fit exactly as the old one. This is an excellent value and a long-lasting product.

Purchased July 11, 2024 today December 27, 2024 NOT WORKING
Purchased on July 11, 2024. Had a licensed plumber install at a cost of $430.00. Worked GREAT! December 25,2024, NO HOT WATER! Looked at unit under sink, no lights came on with hot water faucet running. Checked circuit breaker, not tripped. Turned breaker off and back on, still no lights on unit. Got voltage meter, tested breaker for power. Have power coming out of 60 amp breaker. My recommendation, do not buy this Titan under sink tankless water heater. Also, if you are buying for the first time, be sure to check on electricity needed before you purchase. We needed to have electrician run very heavy wire for this unit with 60 amp breaker.
