Very good white balsamic vinegar
Very impressed with the packaging. Like a fine wine. Taste is not strong, but sweet and pleasantly mild with flavor. Will definitely purchase, again.

Delicious
This is delicious. I like balsamic vinegar, but it is black. This mixed with olive oil or avocado oil makes a delicious dressing for salads. NO salt needed, no preservitives. My Dad had kidney disease and had to cut back on salt. I made that for him and he loved it .. He could use as much as he wanted. No kidney problems.

Good White Balsamic Vinegar
What is White Balsamic Vinegar, anyway, and why do we use it?"Vinters in Modena, Italy have been making balsamic vinegar for nearly 1000 years and the process is similar to that of making wine. Sweet, white Trebbiano grape pressings (called “must”) are simmered for hours and hours until they have become thick and caramelized. The resulting syrup is then aged in a succession of barrels made from different kinds of wood that give the vinegar character. Authentic balsamic vinegar is aged no less than 12 years. Cheaper balsamic vinegars are aged for a shorter amount of time in larger barrels and are typically mixed with wine vinegar and have coloring added."White balsamic vinegar, however, blends white grape must with white wine vinegar and is cooked at a low temperature to avoid any darkening. Some manufacturers age the vinegar in oak barrels, while other use stainless steel." In The KitchnI use white balsamic vinegar in salad dressings. I like the taste, and I like the color. I usually mix the White Balsamic with Champagne Vinegar and Grapeseed oil, small amount of mustard, salt and pepper, shake and pour over greens or whatever salad you like. This is a fresh, light, clean tasting salad dressing, that goes with many salads. I have tried other brands of white balsamic vinegar, and I do not find the higher priced brands any better tasting. This is a great white balsamic vinegar, and should last awhile.Recommended. prisrob 11-08-14

Clear and colorless with flavor
I make a salad that we use balsamic vinegar on but didn't like the brown color of the traditional. Using the 'white' or clear helps the salad to retain its color, instead of making all the ingredients unappetizing tan. This has the flavor, only not as strong as the traditional. I would recommend this.

Taste
This is by far the best tasting White Balsamic vinegar on the market. I've tried just about everything just to compare and Colavita is the best! It does not have an over bearing flavor which some balsamic's have and it is not weak either. The perfect blend for all foods.
