Easy to assemble, comfortable to sit in
Very easy to assemble, despite the fact that it was only pictures (or maybe because of...). It's comfortable to sit in, although it takes a little getting used to. The only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars is that the shiny parts (some metal, some plastic, I believe) all have scratches and dings in them. Not a deal breaker, since I'm rather tough on chairs anyway, but certainly not 5-star quality.

Nice comfortable chair BUT a slight defect
I would have given this a 5 star however, when I put the chair together as directed there is a gap on the left side between the back rest and seat. I thought about returning it but then I would have to take it apart and try to put it back in the box. So just decided to keep it. Other then that very nice comfortable chair.

This chair exceeded my expectations!
I work from home in an office, 40+ hours a week. I have been using this chair for two months and it has exceeded my expectations. I felt it was reasonably priced and have been very satisfied with the overall quality. I seen someone uploaded pictures, writing a bad review about how the screws did not fit, and I had the same problem, only to find out I didn’t have it assembled correctly. The chair is super easy to assemble, I just made a dumb mistake, and by the looks of the pictures, I think that person did as well therefore writing a bad review.

Reasonably priced office chair
This char was very easy to assemble and could be put together by one person. One of the parts did come damaged, but the damage did not hinder function. This chair was much more comfortable than expected, and I plan to purchase this chair for future office orders.

Comfortable and affordable.
Was 10 days late, but I don't know if it was the shipper or shipping company. The chair is better quality then I expected. The price was great.

Do not recommend awful customer service
I purchased this chair and received it on April 23. On August 8 about two weeks after the 90 day warranty expired… I reached out to them to tell them that the pump that adjust the height of the chair is defective. They told me that the chair only had a 90 day warranty and they would not be willing to send out another pump. If they’re only backing their product for 90 days that says that they don’t believe in equ I purchased this chair and received it on April 23. On August 8 about two weeks after the 90 day warranty expired… I reached out to them to tell them that the pump that adjust the height of the chair is defective. They told me that the chair only had a 90 day warranty and they would not be willing to send out another pump. If they’re only backing their product for 90 days that says that they don’t believe in the quality. This means I spent $80 for a chair to only be able to use it for about 100 days… I hope the seller reads this… And if you need my $80 that bad you can keep it… If you don’t wanna stand behind your product… The money is yours… Completely pathetic

Comfortable and easy to assemble

Not bad
Solid chair. All the holes lined up and went together easily. Some minor issue with packaging, but still satisfied. The base could use a little bit more padding in my opinion
