This comes with a very nice assortment of pads for different areas of your body. The one that wraps around my tummy fits very nicely with comfortable elastic straps that have button holes to adjust the size. The shoulder one is also very nice. The two for arms fit great. The hand one is not as snug as I would like. The kit comes with pads for your hands, feet, arms, neck, shoulder, and waist. Supply your own castor oil. Would be nice if it came with more instructions. Overall quality feels great!

This is an nine piece set of castor oil wrap packs There are multiple sized wraps to fit various body parts. The largest wrap has a zippered pocket for a heating or cooling pad to help with relief. The wrap themselves are very soft and comfortable to wear. These are easy to clean. Overall a great quality.

A castor oil pack for every body part. I love this kit, not just for castor oil treatment but also for holding ice packs or heat packs. Very easy to use even by yourself. The Velcro straps are long enough to grab one handed. Well made, reusable.

I wear the stomach wrap while I sleep, and it leaves my stomach feeling tighter in the morning. The adjustable straps make it comfortable to wear. However, the main wraps I wanted were for the hand and foot, but they are WAY too large for me.I wear a size 6.5 shoe, and the foot wrap is oversized—the velcro can’t be tightened enough. The hand wrap is also too big for my 6-inch long, 3-inch wide palm, I have the same problem. I haven’t tried the other packs yet.
