It's a medical alert necklace but I wanted it to be pretty. I was thrilled finding this and when I received it. It is solid and the text is clear and easy to read. The chain also feels and appears substantial.I had intended to drop a star due to the shipping. This is shipped from overseas, and once item clears customs, it is difficult for Amazon to provide accurate tracking. However, I messaged the seller and heard right back. I appreciate their timely responses and professionalism. Due to this experience I am keeping this product review at 5 stars.

Personalized and Ordered this Stainless Steel Medical Alert ID Necklace for our Wee-One … I personally love how heavy/solid it is, the engraving is crisp and clear … only complaint I’d have is with the necklace clasp as I would have preferred something that cannot bend/break ‘eventually’ when the kid gets to playing with it! I’m guessing she’ll lose the Necklace before to long (she’s only 6 years old) and when she does we’ll reorder from this Seller/Merchant because this Necklace looks real pretty and is just awesome!

Overall the product was good. For what I paid for it the engraving turned out really good and its relatively heavy quality and sturdy chain. I was extremely disappointed in the gemstones falling out within a couple hours of me wearing it. But you get what you pay for

I am not able to wear my necklace. The chain will not fit through the eye of the locket. I thought it would be ready to wear when I received.
