I've never used electrolytes before this. This was a pretty good first buy. I get muscle cramps and spasms sometimes, and also have someone recovering from surgery so an electrolyte supplement was recommended by the doctor.some pros:-dissolves really quick but you need to add water first. Doesn't work if you pour in the water over the powder.-watermelon and lemon lime flavors are great. peach is mid but tolerable. I'd probably buy the watermelon next time.-the little packs are really nice and convenientsome cons:-the passion fruit is awful, way too sweet and has an artificial flavor. Neither of us want to finish that one :')-lemon lime has a bit of a bitter aftertaste-the 8oz recommendation is too strong imo. It tastes a lot better after you dilute it in more water-I don't think the color in the product ads represents what this looks like when you dissolve it. The actual color is a lot less bold, which is fine. I'm actually glad it looks more like a light coloring in lemonade than something so solid it could be highlighter or paint

These packets are perfect; I feel energized after and they aren't overly sweet. It is my favorite part of my day whether at work or otherwise, and I look forward to staying hydrated like a special treat. Also, I can have a packet when I get snackish, and then if I wasn't hungry, this hits the spot so I don't overeat. The only downside is the cost, but they are cheapest that I have found here on Amazon.

I love the flavors in this pack, with passion fruit being the top one, and I often mix flavors together. I enjoy the fact that these work with 8oz of water because I have two water bottles for work - one for water that can be out and a separate water bottle for electrolytes that fits in my work vest. This helps me stay hydrated. These also dissolve very well.My husband and I need electrolytes for various reasons. For him, he need them to replace what is depleted due to medication. I need some due to medical reasons. The one our doctor recommended gave us horrible acid reflux and tasted like vitamins. This is very pleasant and I've had zero acid reflux from it.

Good taste. Not salty. Mixes easily

Update: Amazon sent the correct item the next day and the company also reached out. Received the peach and it is, as I said, fantastic.ordered PEACH received LEMON LIME and item is ineligible for return/replacement so now I'm stuck with my least favorite flavor with no option to receive the ACTUAL item I ordered. but the PEACH is fantastic provided they send you the CORRECT ITEM.

Finally something that tastes good. I have been forcing Liquid IV down for years and a friend told me about these and so far I am very pleased. They also dissolve easily which is great when I’m not at home. Love the sugar free option as well.

I started using the sugared version a few years ago & didn’t notice a difference when I switched to the sugar free - same great product. Peach and Watermelon are my favorite!

I bought these because I'm looking to drink water more regularly --and make it a little more of an interesting prospect in the process -- but I don't think these are for me personally. I bought the multi-flavor pack and have used one peach and one watermelon -- each mixed in about 16 ounces of water, instead of the recommended 8, because I just wanted a little flavor in my water. I do like the two flavors I've tried, but I believe these are causing stomach upset. I felt awful after I had one yesterday and just thought I had a little stomach upset or a passing "bug," so I had another one today without really giving it much thought. After I drank it before going out on a walk, the stomach discomfort reappeared. So I am led to believe these just don't suit my personal body chemistry. (Others I have tried, including Liquid IV, don't cause stomach issues for me.)I'm disappointed these aren't a keeper for me, because I actually do like the flavors I tried!
