The had been folded so long the suction cups were misshapen and don’t stick to the wall very well. It is also quite flat.

I didn't realize it when I purchased but this is stuffed with beads and not inflatable.So the size does not compress. It takes up a lot of room in my shower hanging on the bar. First bath pillow I've ever had and I like it a lot. It stays secure and removes easily.

I love this!! I always carry my stress in my neck and shoulders. My bathtub has always been my favorite de-stresser, but buying a new house, the new tub- I was slipping and sliding all over. I couldn’t relax, taking a bath was a struggle. So I stopped, and my muscles decided that was a terrible idea. I was desperate, barely sleeping, exhausted and so incredibly sore. So, with my knots bulging out of my neck, shoulders and back, I searched for a solution. The very first time I used it, I was in heaven!! I fell asleep in the tub!! Makes my baths very pleasurable , no slipping down the bath and I’m very comfortable and relaxed , only down side is if u move it moves with u so you can’t get your previous position back after washing etc if u wanted an extra 5 mins but apart from that so far no other complaints
