Not a bad purchase, but the poles that keep it up don’t stay in secure, so the basket is forever falling down

The only issue I have is the poles that make it sturdy are too long. You have to use a little flap of Velcro to cover them and the Velcro just comes undone because the poles are too long.

It is easily assembled and perfect size for me.

At first glance, this appears to be a nice looking pop-up laundry bag. It has an attractive bluey-grey Oxford type fabric finish with a smooth, wipeable cream-coloured interior. It takes literally 1 minute to build as you just connect the four rods and slot them into the internal pockets at each corner of the bag. However, here's where the problem lies....The rods are about 1 cm too long and the hook and loop tabs about 1 cm too short. This means that you have to rather too firmly push the rods into the bottom of the bag and unduly stretch the tabs over the top of the rods to fix them into position. Unfortunately on this bag, the tabs were thin and weren't very well stitched in place and one of them ripped away from the fabric meaning the rod can't be permanently secured, rendering the bag useless.Quite disappointing as the bag is otherwise a good size and quite practical, but it needs a better solution to provide rigidity to the sides.

This is surprisingly very spacious laundry basket, considering how little floor space it takes, the 82 litres capacity is a lot! Our previous basket could take much less load and it was much wider.I like the handles and the fact it can be flat packed when not in use.What I do not like about it is a tiny detail… I don’t like how the corners look, the rods do not fit perfectly under the velcro, hence the basket looks best when it is full of dirty laundry so the corners are covered. And when it is empty the uneven corners show. It’s a detail that many people probably would not even pay attention to but it bothers me, every time I look at it while my husband did not even notice we have a different basket, much less the corners (images attached).
