Good quality, no/minimal heat..
Massage element works well, though minimal ability to adjust so that the machine stays on lower/gentle settings for those with severe shoulder pain. Minimal heat which is very disappointing as the heat mode was the main reason for going for the more expensive machine, for pain relief. Well made & gives a strong massage.

No uk plug
Received this unit as a Christmas present from my wife, opened on Christmas Day to find it came with a us plug and no uk adapter. Finally got a uk adapter (which I shouldn’t have had to buy) and have finally got to use the massager.Very powerful but no setting to receive a more gentle massage, heat is poor.

Always keep the massager in a stable position when in use. Do not use while driving or operating machinery. Keep away from water. Unplug the massager when not in use. Do not use if you have a pacemaker or other electronic medical devices. Do not use if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions without consulting a doctor first. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use for more than 15 minutes at a time to prevent overheating and potential burns.
