I purchased this chair for my home office. The chair is very good-looking, and the price was very modest. I was very pleased with the quality of the fabric and the hardware; very solid, good construction. I have assembled many items over the years. I assembled this chair in about 10 minutes! I have never assembled anything that fast. There were very clear instructions with all parts well- organized and clearly marked. The hardware was packed in a blister pack; very clearly labeled . A Hex wrench was included. Assembly was very simple, the instructions and diagrams were very clear and easy to follow. This company knows what they are doing.I love this chair more since I have started to use it. It has excellent lumbar support and, overall, it is exceptionally comfortable. Easy to adjust, and smooth rolling. I give it 5 stars without reservation.

The reviews were mixed but I decided to take a chance on this chair. Turns out...This is a great desk chair! It was easy to assemble, with all of the necessary tools provided. No issues as far as pieces not lining up correctly. Followed the instructions and it took maybe 20 minutes. The chair is comfortable, and adjustable for various heights. Price point isn’t unreasonable, I don’t regret this purchase. All that’s left now is to see how long this things lasts.

This chair is extremely uncomfortable. The cushion is not soft. Also, the lowest setting is 19.5 inches and not the one listed in the description. I’m returning it.

Take a bit more time with the construction so that the threaded holes line up with the pieces. For the money and the look, I would have given this 5 stars if all the screws were securely fastened. In this case, the back is missing a screw because of the factory miscalculation. It's a pretty little thing and will go beautifully with my white CB2 desk, but I will worry every time I lean back in the chair because the back is not fully secured to the seat. What a shame!

Extremely uncomfortable chair, especially for an 8 hour day. Would be all right for short spurts. Easy to put together and compact. Arms do not adjust and seat does not recline. Would not recommend to friends and family. If I could, I would return.
