I like the bag but the attachment for the rack fell off and I lost the bottom one and the top two are a little sticky. I only bought it a month ago. Would I be able to get a replacement for the bottom knob attachment?

These panniers are awesome. They are durable, easy to attach, roomy AND between the material and double roll closure, water-repellant.

I love this bag, totally waterproof and so easy to load into bike rack.

This is a great bag! It holds tons, has lots of flexibility and the construction seems really solid. It has shown itself to be really water resistant if not water proof. I will probably add a second eventually, but right now don't need to carry that much.

this pannier is spectacular! slim but spacious, very convenient and easy to use! it easily clips on and off your bike rack as needed, and comes with a strap, so can easily convert to a carrying bag - A++!!

Just came back from a week bike touring in PEI and with 2 sets of these panniers and we could not have been happier with the simple design, ease of hooking on and off and adjustability for spacing the attachments.

Great size and easy to clip on and take off. I only wish it had straps to convert to a backpack, but the long strap works fine for crossbody. Love the outside pocket for convenience and everything keeps dry.

I like this bad, it is ergonomic and made of good matherial.
