So I didn't receive this and I can't get a refund
Mentioned above I can't get a refund and this was drop shipped basically the shipping had no guaranteed date and I forgot about it at its now after the return window. So my $30 something dollar review I'm going to bomb this product review with $30 of my thoughts. You can basically get this from aliexpress and probably have guaranteed shipping. I have basically never had something lost from aliexpress and the time for shipping estimation is usually less than their given estimation. I'm supposed to mention water resistant, sturdiness or easy to install. That's it, I'm sad I wasted my money and I didn't get panniers. Lesson learned. I guess thats what life is... Just learning lessons. I'm just trying to live my life; less $30 now...
