The wire is not sturdy...
I purchased this product because I wanted to put a wire through my braid but it didn't work properly ...the wire isn't sturdy enough to wrap-around as you continue to braid

Did not like color of gold. Too brassy. Also a little thick. I think it would be better if thinner leather
