This instrument is very easy to use! I had an earache and was able to view the inside of my ear and send the images to my doctor over the internet and he immediately diagnosed a bad ear infection and ordered antibiotics!

It really works for all the family in my house. The resolution is high to see the ear inside very clearly. It is convenient to check whether the kids have ear infections or not. It is also very helpful to clear ears with putting too deep. I would like to mention that it is wireless and the setup is very easy.

Was pretty easy to learn to use. Pictures were clear and easy to take, showed pictures to my audiologist and they told me they were as good as theirs.

The ear otoscope is pretty easy especially for kids, I can see the conditions clearly with the light, and it also can connect with my phone, to see the details. I really recommend it. Worth buying.

I have bought an ear otoscope before, but this is a step up from my previous purchase. My previous purchases otoscope was great but still required to connect with a USB cable. When I saw this device can be used wirelessly, I could not resist!The device not only met but exceeded my expectations. It was very light, and without a cable attached to it, I had more freedom to navigate through my ear canal with any angle I wished. It was also very easy to install th app and connect the otoscope with my phone/tablet. I got it operated within minutes.Video quality was great, although the manual did mention there could be delay with video transmission to the phone wirelessly, that was no issue for me. After all, I would not want to navigate anything very fast inside my ear canal anyway

I have narrow ear canals and wear ear plugs most nights so seeing inside my ears for myself was important to me. This device works great once I was using the right App. which is called "4ears" (the first unit I received had different instructions for another App that did not work) . I can see that everything is clear and will plan on using this to verify that using ear drops in the shower is still working or not going forward.
