Great mug. It certainly is big enough. I like using the top on other coffee/tea mugs when I have a tea bag rather than leaf. The only possible irritation for you is the holes in the infuser cup are a bit big and you can count on getting tea leaves getting through ending up in your cup. Not a big deal, but notable. It's a good mug.

I love this. The strainer fits in many different cups, so I can start on my second or third steeping before I’m done drinking the first. My tea expands the way it should for full flavor. The cup it beautiful, and I like that it’s bigger on the bottom than the top. I’m definitely going to buy another one.When I first got it, it did add some clay taste to the tea, but that’s long gone. Just keep washing if that’s an issue.

I purchased two of these mugs, and love them both. I am an avid coffee adict, but also enjoy the occasional cup of tea. Sadly in my life i have had to suffer through poor quality of both (prior military, hence awful coffee), and am now determined to never experience either again, these mugs are the perfect defence, be it coffee or tea these mugs are terrific.

A really good mug for tea. I like the texture for added grip when holding.

Appearances wise, looks good.A little to heavy for a ceramic mug, likely ceramic coated only.The outer paint finishes is uneven, coarse to the touch in some areas, the handle.Had not use yet but washing w a sponge will be difficult as likely will tear the sponge with the coarse surface.Or have to sandpaper it to even the surface...buy a mug and sandpaper it yourself, think again?Overall an ok mug but not worth the pricing w this type of quality/ workmanship.

A nice set to prepare tea for one. Black one is very dark brown textured glaze outside and very light blue smooth glaze inside. I like this color combination but letting you know in case you really want a black-white cup. Seems to be good quality and sturdy ceramic.

Too heavy but overall keeps things hot. Not enough space inside if you use the insert for the tea bag. Everything will overflow if you use the inside insert.

It is so easy to have loose tea in this mug. And I love the color and smoothness of the inside.It is very calming to drink out of. It's kind of a special feeling/ritual when I have my peppermint tea after dinner :)
