Great for pool exercising.
These pool weights are a great way to workout and burn calories. If your limited in your activity level due to past injuries these weights are perfect. Even if your not suffering from physical disabilities this is a great alternative to improve an athletes speed and endurance. Give it a try. If it doesn’t help you than your doing it wrong.

reduced joint pain exercising in pool
I have osteoarthritis in both knees and associated quadriceps wasting. With Aqua strength devices I can exercise in pool with little or no pain.

They are just ok
I haven’t used them a lot. I find the ankle ones take a bit of getting use to but will continue to use them and wait on a final judgement on if they are worth it or not

Great for push pull resistance yet light enough to incorporate cardio style training.
I like that the resistance works for both myself and my wife.
